About GrantClose

GrantClose helps small nonprofits keep track of what they owe their funders after a grant is awarded, and close each grant out with the evidence already in one place.

Why it exists

Winning a grant is the visible part. The work that follows is a set of reports and deadlines buried in an award letter, owned by whoever happened to read it, and tracked in a spreadsheet that only one person understands. Small organizations lose time, and sometimes funding relationships, to missed or late reports and to closeout scrambles. GrantClose does one thing: it turns the award letter into a confirmed schedule with owners, reminders and evidence.

What we are and are not

We build for the grantee side only. We do not help you find or apply for grants, we do not write your reports, and we never submit anything to a funder or connect to a funder portal. Your award agreement is the authority on every date and requirement, and GrantClose is not legal, audit or compliance advice.

Who runs it

GrantClose is owned and operated by F&S VENTURES LLC, a limited liability company based in Minnesota, USA. F&S VENTURES LLC builds and runs small software products for small organizations. Billing, support and all customer data are handled by us directly, with the infrastructure providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
