Common questions

How do I cancel or change my plan?

In the app, open the billing page and choose Manage billing. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can switch plans, update your card or cancel. You keep paid access through the end of the period you paid for.

How do I delete my organization or my data?

Delete the organization from its settings in the app, or email us from the address on your account and we will permanently erase it on request. See the Privacy Policy.
