Free for 1 active award, with every feature included. Paid plans add awards, seats and storage. Prices are in US dollars.

What counts toward the limit
Only active awards count. When an award is closed it stops counting, and it stays readable and exportable forever on every plan, including Free. If you move from a paid plan down to Free, you keep read and export access to everything you created; you just cannot add more active awards than the plan allows.
Every plan includes
- Award intake from a PDF or Word award letter, with the source sentence shown for each extracted date
- Reporting calendar with recurring reports and a subscribable calendar feed (ICS)
- One owner and a status for every deadline, with email reminders at 30, 14, 7, 1 and 0 days and weekly once overdue
- Evidence locker and the closeout packet ZIP
Billing
Paid plans are billed in US dollars through Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from inside the app; you keep paid access through the end of the period you paid for. There is no free trial, because the Free plan is the trial. We do not offer coupons, invoicing or bank transfer at this time. Prices do not include any sales tax that may apply. The full terms, including our refund policy, are in the Terms of Service.
